IN A NUTSHELL
My Exploration Workshops are never quite the same, because they take shape with the people who come. They are for anyone with a spark of curiosity, who’s willing to explore a bit. We gently look at how we shape our reality, how thoughts, feelings, experiences are related. It’s not about me giving you all the answers. It’s more about creating that "Code Code playground or maze" feeling, where your own insights can pop up. I remember a workshop where people really saw and felt something true in themselves. That’s the kind of magic I hope to invite. Through gentle activities, maybe some movement, sharing, and quiet moments, we make space for these hidden parts to come forward and maybe even "dance with" them. The aim is to find more presence, acceptance, freedom and to feel that you have options, always. These workshops can be a real help if you’re feeling a bit stuck or just looking for a new spark. Sometimes, people leave feeling like a new person.
