IN A NUTSHELL

When you come for bodywork with me (sessions are usually 1.5 to 2 hours), we’re doing more than just working on muscles. We’re exploring how your body has been shaped by your life – your thoughts, your feelings, your experiences. People often come with physical tightness or pain. While my touch can help soothe these things, I’m most interested in the journey we can take together, looking at the attitudes, behaviours, thoughts and emotions that shape our reality. There’s no single recipe. I try to soften enough to really listen, to really feel what your body needs in that moment. Then, using different ways of working, we look for where things might feel "stuck" and explore pathways that could help to navigate those circumstances with more ease, flow, joy. It’s important to me that you know that I don’t see myself as someone who "heals" you. I can help your body find relief, but the deepest, most lasting shifts come from your own growing awareness and your curiosity to explore new ways of being. It’s a partnership.
