Find your calm, find your flow

I like to think of yoga as a way to become friends with ourselves. If you’d like to feel more at home in your body and mind, my classes are a gentle place to explore. We won't be chasing perfect poses, but rather listening to what feels right for you.

about

IN A NUTSHELL

In my yoga classes, we explore how to bring things together – like your breath with your movement, or your quiet side with your active side. Anything that helps us feel more whole and connected can be a kind of yoga. Each class is about an hour and a half. Perhaps you feel a bit tangled up inside, or just have a quiet wish to understand yourself a little more. I’m here to walk with you on that path. My hope is to spark that innocent curiosity – a gentle wondering about how your body moves and where your mind can find a bit of calm. I believe that the best ways to feel good come from your own discoveries. My role is to offer some signposts and a friendly space. Together, we can touch on that feeling of wonder about being alive, that magnificence.

Softening and Letting Go

Many people find they can really relax and let go of built-up tightness, feeling lighter and more open.

Testimonials

those helped along the way

  • In 2017, Inge was my teacher during the 300h Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. From the very beginning, she impressed me with her calm presence, deep knowledge, and genuine ability to hold space in a safe and supportive way. She is not only a gifted teacher and an exceptional listener, but also someone who actually embodies the wisdom she shares. Whether you meet Inge as a yoga teacher, massage therapist, or Ayurveda practitioner, you will experience her warmth and experience how she creates an environment of trust, healing, and growth. If you ever have the opportunity to learn from her, or to receive her treatments, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

  • We volunteered together in Nepal with Conscious Impact, an organization dedicated to rebuilding after the April 25, 2015 Nepal earthquake. She led yoga classes with dozens of international volunteers and supported the team by showing up everyday with a smile.

  • The yoga session that I participated in was during a Yoga Teacher Training. Even though the sequence was challenging, I felt safe with Inge’s guidance. I enjoyed the modifications and the moments of integration during the practice. Inge’s approach to what she shares is holistic and practical. Whatever I learnt with her went beyond surface level. It brought a positive shift in my life. Inge’s energy was very uplifting, my mind and body could relax and I simply focused on enjoying the practice.
